Headshot Package (In Studio) | $500
Headshots that show you in the best light (literally!) can breathe new life into your business. This package is perfect for actors (for casting sites), creative entrepreneurs and professionals looking to refresh their profile images for social media, speaker/guest bios, website “About Me” pages, email signatures, and more. The Headshot Package includes:
90-minute studio photoshoot in Soulfire’s spacious, professional studio.
4 professionally-edited digital headshot images. *Images in addition to those included with your package can be purchased for $75 each.
Up to 5 TOP/SHIRT changes.
Private online gallery of watermarked images to choose from.
Pre-shoot questionnaire to ensure we are aligned on your photoshoot goals and that your questions are answered.
Makeup and hair services are an optional add-on (see below).
Unlimited royalty-free usage of your images.

Personal Branding Package (In Studio) | $675
Headshots and MORE! An extra hour for your session allows us to create a greater variety of shots with more poses, head-to-toe outfits, and the option to add props. A beautiful collection of images to elevate your website, social media, e-newsletter, online profiles, and other marketing materials. The Personal Branding Package includes:
2.5 hour studio photoshoot in Soulfire’s spacious, professional studio.
6 professionally-edited headshot and personal branding digital images. *Images in addition to those included with your package can be purchased for $75 each.
Images provided in colour plus black & white.
Up to 5 FULL OUTFIT changes.
Private online gallery of watermarked images to choose from.
Pre-shoot questionnaire to ensure we are aligned on your photoshoot goals and that your questions are answered.

Premium Branding Package (On Location) | Starting at $950
All the features of the Personal Branding Package, but at the location of your choice. We come to your home, office, or source a stunning location for you that reflects the vibe of your business.
Showcase “a day in the life” of doing what you love, in your unique work environment. We have the option to incorporate others into your images (colleagues, clients, etc), as well as props and product shots.

I will guide you through every step of your photoshoot. This includes tips for preparing for your shoot, creating camera-friendly looks with the wardrobe options you bring, and coaching you through flattering posing and natural expressions throughout your session.
Within three days of your photoshoot, you will receive a private online gallery of watermarked images to choose from. Once you’ve made your selections, they will be professionally edited in a natural and flattering way before the final digital images are delivered to you to share with the world!
Your Photoshoot Experience
Hair and Make-up Services (optional)
If you would like to simply relax and let the pros make you look your best, professional make-up and hair services can be added on for an additional $200 fee. When booking your photoshoot, please indicate that you’d like to add on make-up and hair services, and l will arrange for one of our talented artists to join us. Please allow for an additional 90 minutes for this service.
If you are not having your make-up and hair done at the studio, please arrive camera-ready and bring any make-up and hair accessories you’ll need to do your own touch-ups throughout your shoot. There is a large mirror and plug-ins for curling irons, hair straighteners, etc, at the studio.
