At Soulfire Studios, photoshoot packages are designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely yourself in front of the camera. Whether you’re refreshing your headshots, updating your website, or are simply ready to be seen in a new light, you’ll be guided through the entire process - so you can simply show up and be yourself.

The Headshot Session (In Studio) | $500
Make a confident first impression with authentic, radiant headshots. Perfect for actors, creative entrepreneurs, and professionals wanting to refresh their profile photos for websites, bios, social media, LinkedIn, and more.
The Headshot Session includes:90-minute photoshoot in Soulfire’s spacious, professional studio.
3 professionally-edited digital headshot images. *Additional images available for $75 each.
Wardrobe changes - up to 5 different shirts/tops.
Private online gallery of watermarked images to choose from.
Pre-shoot questionnaire to align on your vision and goals for the shoot.
Optional makeup and hair services done in-studio prior to your shoot. *Additional fee - see below.
Unlimited royalty-free usage of your images.

The Personal Branding Session (In Studio) | $675
We go beyond headshots with an extended session that captures even more of your personality. Featuring headshots, full-body portraits, and candid moments. Perfect for personal branding, websites, social media, or simply celebrating yourself.
The Personal Branding Session includes:2-hour photoshoot in Soulfire’s spacious, professional studio.
5 professionally-edited digital images.
*Additional images available for $75 each.
Wardrobe changes - up to 5 different full outfits.Edited images delivered in colour and black & white.
Option to incorporate props and/or product.
Private online gallery of watermarked images to choose from.
Pre-shoot questionnaire to align on your vision and goals for the shoot.

On-Location Session | Starting at $975
An on-location portrait experience that captures you in your world. Whether it's your workplace or a styled space that reflects your brand, showcase “a day in the life” of doing what you love.
The On-Location Session includes all the features of The Personal Branding Session, plus:Location of your choice (workplace or sourced location).
Telling your brand story with lifestyle and environment-inspired imagery.
Option to incorporate props, products, colleagues, and/or clients.
Creative consultation to align on your dream vision for the shoot

I will guide you through every step of your photoshoot. This includes tips for preparing for your shoot, creating camera-friendly looks with the wardrobe options you bring, and coaching you through flattering posing and natural expressions throughout your session.
Within three days of your photoshoot, you will receive a private online gallery of watermarked images to choose from. Once you’ve made your selections, they will be professionally edited in a natural and flattering way before the final digital images are delivered to you to share with the world!
Your Photoshoot Experience
Hair and Make-up Services (optional)
If you would like to simply relax and let the pros make you look your best, professional make-up and hair services can be added on for an additional fee. When booking your photoshoot, please indicate that you’d like to add on make-up and hair services, and l will arrange for one of our talented artists to join us. Please allow for an additional 90 minutes for this service.
If you are not having your make-up and hair done at the studio, please arrive camera-ready and bring any make-up and hair accessories you’ll need to do your own touch-ups throughout your shoot. There is a large mirror and plug-ins for curling irons, hair straighteners, etc, at the studio.
